01Intake
Every request enters the network through a single intake. A coordinator reads the fault description, matches it to a shop with the right diagnostic equipment, and issues a written estimate before any part is ordered.
Diagnostics precede replacement as a network rule, not a preference. Each estimate line traces back to a recorded finding, and the timestamped procedure log with fault codes, part numbers and photos travels with the vehicle when the job closes.
The diagnostic fee is fixed and credited toward the repair on the same visit.
Describe the vehicle and the symptom. A coordinator confirms the slot and the fee in writing before any work is scheduled.
05 / Contact
The desk that answers this line is the same desk that assigns bays across the network. Give the make, model and the symptom you can describe, and a coordinator will book the diagnostic slot and confirm which shop takes the job.
Estimates, procedure logs and part options are issued after inspection, so the first call only needs the vehicle and the complaint. Written approval comes before any work begins.
