1. Seller and scope
Services are provided by pexalium.com, LLC, registered at Business Center Sigma, 12 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. These terms are published under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015.
2. Diagnostics and repairs
We perform vehicle diagnostics and repair. Statements on this site about diagnostics, repairs, certifications, guarantees, prices and timelines are truthful and substantiated, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
3. Written estimates and approval
Before chargeable work you receive a written estimate: scope, prices or the basis for calculating them, terms and warranty. Additional faults found during repair require your prior approval; work continues only after you confirm the revised estimate in writing, email being sufficient.
4. Scheduling and prices
Appointments are confirmed by email or phone and depend on workshop capacity and parts availability; if a slot changes we notify you in advance and offer an alternative. Prices are in UAH and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The final amount follows the approved estimate.
5. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate vehicle and contact details, disclose known faults, remove valuables and collect the vehicle at the agreed time. Late collection may incur storage charges disclosed in advance.
6. Warranty and complaints
Warranty terms for parts and labour are stated in the estimate and handover documents. Send complaints to contact@pexalium.com or +380 665 385 4788; we respond within the periods set by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
7. Liability
We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, normal wear or losses resulting from inaccurate information you provide. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
8. Personal data and cookies
Data sent through booking, contact or diagnostic-request forms is processed to handle your request, based on your consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3993-IX of 25.09.2024. Non-essential cookies run only with prior consent, which you may refuse or withdraw at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies from its stated date.
