We collect contact details, booking information, vehicle data (make, model, VIN, mileage), diagnostic findings and photos, and technical data such as IP address and cookie identifiers. They are used to answer enquiries, prepare estimates, deliver repairs, meet legal duties and, with consent, for analytics and marketing.

Processing relies on your consent, performance of a contract or a legal obligation under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.09.2024 № 3993-IX. Diagnostic results are used to assess faults, justify estimates and support warranty claims, and are never sold.
